The free shipping terms and conditions vary according to product and delivery specifics.
Applies to the lower 48 states* on products that do not need to be combined with any other items in order to qualify. However, additional charges would apply for lift gate delivery or a rural shipping address. The customer is exempt of these charges if the product is delivered to a nearby terminal, with the customer being responsible for unloading the purchased product.
*The lower 48 states excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto. For shipments going to these excluded locations, additional freight charges will be applied.
Shipping / Delivery Policy
UPS and FedEx Ground deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no person is present, unless otherwise requested.
MaxxMarka, Inc. will email the contact person listed on the billing address of each order after the product ships. This email will contain shipping information, including the shipping or trucking company name, phone number and shipment tracking number. Orders requiring freight delivery will have a delivery notice added to the order. The trucking company will call to schedule a delivery time window.
MaxxMarka, Inc. does NOT reimburse for lost rental fees for forklift rentals nor do we compensate for missed deliveries or missed delivery appointments. Freight shipments are unique and there for delivery appointments can be missed, requiring that a delivery appointment be rescheduled. If you require products delivered by a certain date, please call Customer Service to verify product availability and whether the item qualifies for guaranteed shipping dates. All listed shipping times are estimates. Specific delivery dates and/or time frames cannot be guaranteed for any product or order. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance. MaxxMarka, Inc. is not responsible for delayed shipments.
Business deliveries with a loading dock and no need for a delivery appointment are asked to list the receiving party on the shipping address of the order and to contact the trucking company directly to coordinate delivery date and time if needed by the customer. The receiving party is required to meet the truck at the time of delivery to avoid redelivery charges. It’s the responsibility of the receiving party to become informed in order to know when the truck is coming.
For all business deliveries via freight truck, the trucking company will assume your business is open and staffed to receive deliveries Monday through Friday during normal business hours. For business delivery appointments, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact the trucking company and arrange a delivery appointment if needed and not already arranged at the time of order.

Guarantee and Warranty Policies:
Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. You must request a return authorization from our Customer Service department by either calling 1-210-368-9248 or sending an email to us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE NOTE: Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including all original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, if any parts are missing, or if the packaging is incomplete or ruined.
If you products arrive damaged
- Do not sign and accept, refuse delivery.
- MaxxMarka, Inc. will not accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for delivered products in good condition.
Seller warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If the Buyer discovers a manufacturing defect in the product, the Seller will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge to the Buyer.
To qualify for warrant repair or replacement you must comply with the following:
- You must return the product during the warranty period to the Seller with transportation and insurance charges prepaid.
- When returning the product, attach your name, address, work day telephone number, a description of the problem and a copy of the bill of sale bearing the serial number of the returned product for proof of the date of original retail purchase.
- Pack the product properly (preferably in its original carton) to prevent damage in transit. You may choose to insure it, but this is not required.
The repaired or replaced product will be returned to you at the Sellers expense.
The warranty term on any product which has been repaired or replaced under this warranty shall be the remainder of the warranty as extended by the number of days that the product was out of your hands for repair.
Should Seller determine that the product is not defective, is not covered by the warranty or is outside the warranty term, Seller shall return the product to you at your expense without being repaired or replaced.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, external causes or events, misuse, improper installation, neglect or misapplication, has been altered or modified without the written permission of Seller, has been serviced by non-authorized repair center of Seller, has not been properly maintained or operated according to the operating manual; has been used for non-commercial purposes; or if the serial number has been removed or defaced.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE SET FORTH ABOVE.

MaxxMarka, Inc. guarantees your complete satisfaction! If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, and the product is still in the original packaging unused, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days of ordering, shipping prepaid, for a full refund of your item’s purchase price less freight. There is no restocking charge within the 30 days, unless it is a special order item from the manufacturer that is not normally stocked in one of our warehouses. Delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete, and in its original packaging. We cannot issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, or has any missing parts or packaging. All equipment may not be returned once opened or altered in any way.

Getting our products to you involves shipping. There are multiple factors involved in sending equipment and supplies through carriers such as UPS and freight companies and we want you to understand a few things about how we ship.
First, depending on what you order, we have a variety of different packages designed to securely protect your order. While a few products, if ordered separately, are light enough to show shipping costs based upon your location, most equipment orders weigh approximately 100lbs each. We can ship up to 4 pieces of equipment on one pallet and must go via freight.
We have multiple boxes to ship your products and estimating that shipping cost accurately works well if the shipment is light enough for UPS, but ground freight may be economical for large orders.
For this reason, if you are ordering equipment, we will compare freight cost for a common carrier and contact you about the shipment.
